ahh, how i love Poe. and the socks that Stephanie Pearl-Mcfee designed for the rockin’ sock club last year in hommage to the Raven are really right up my alley… but on the way to knitting them, i started slipping them on my arm to see the pattern better… and became anamored with the idea of them as gloves. the only thing was, i didn’t have time to sit down and convert the pattern to a glove.
fast forward a year and i picked up that poor UFO from my basket of lonely and forgotten knitting… and here is the result!
during the process, i kept careful notes and i’m going to put it all together as a pattern as soon as i’m done with the second glove. you will need the original sock pattern to get the cuff design, though. i am so happy with how this turned out!
